Okay folks! It’s about that time again!!!! The 2008 Single’s Christmas Card Exchange!!! 
*waits for applause to die down*
Okay…here are the rules, very simple:
If you wish to participate in the exchange, I will need the following information from you by October 31st:
Forum User Name
Real Name
Mailing Address
Email Address
(please specify if you only want e-cards)
If you want to receive cards, but don't want to give out your personal info, I encourage you to find someone else (either IRL or on the forums) who is willing to receive cards for you at their mailing address. Please work out these details *before* PMing me.
And if you ONLY want to send cards, send me a PM to let me know. (You don't have to send me your personal info, of course.)
By November 7, I will send a PM to everyone who wants to receive cards. The PM will include a list of the handles (not addresses) of people who want to send cards.
Those of you who want to receive cards will then have several days to look over the list of potential senders and consider whether you want them to have your mailing and/or email address.
By November 14, I need a response via PM from everyone who wants to receive cards.
I want one of these two responses:
It is OK for everyone on the list to have my information.
OR...
Do NOT send my mailing address to:

b.
c.
Do NOT send my email address to:
a.
b.
c.
By November 19, those who want to send cards will receive an EMAIL from me with the names, addresses, and/or email addresses of everyone who said you may have their info.

For all the new folks - this will be my 3rd time doing it - and it's awesome - especially getting cards from other countries!!!!!!!

Sooooo...... time to dig up the plastic-alread-decorated-though-without-lights-Christmas tree and dust it off??? That means I have to hurry with planning my in-the-middle-of-the-night-trip to sneak into the desert and go decorate that Tree of Life and hook up the lights to some oilpipe
/me looks innocent... Hey, it wasn't me :-p

You can do whatever is good for you - just let Tink know when she sends out her list. You are NOT obligated to do anything.
I've done both - but have to say that I love writing and receiving the real cards - but that's just me.
I may end up sending more ecards this year though - so, it really just depends on how things are going in my home life at the time. I may be making funeral plans around then.

Yay! This is something I love every year. I have my Christmas cards all ready to write on and post. I'm in!
I love receiving cards in the mail, but I understand that not everybody can put cards into the mail. I'll accept email cards too.
