I remember years ago there was a phone number people could call to hear a differant recorded prayer every day. Does anyone know if there is still a "Dial-A-Prayer" phone number like that?

You might have something like that locally. I don't know anything like that on a toll-free basis.
You might be really suave and post on the prayer and praise area of this forum. Sometimes you can get four or five different, individualized prayers on your concern.

I have now found two such prayer lines:
Dial-A-Prayer: 812-473-PRAY. http://www.dial-a-prayer.com/
Dial-A-Devotion: 615-794-3722. http://www.dialadevotion.com/
note: these are not toll-free but well worth the few
cents it cost to hear these inspirational messages.
